A 3 step guide to filling out the LifeScan™ Profile:

 STEP (1)
Use the boxes to rate yourself on each competency. Don't analyse how you are competent, just score yourself instinctively and go with the score that first comes to mind.

  • Score 0 if you are not skilled in the competency at all.  (Press the 0 key)
  • Score 10 if you feel you have mastered that competency. (Type 10)
  • Otherwise score a number between 1 and 9 (Press any key from 1 to 9)
  • Some questions ask you to rate yourself on apparently unconnected things (like Health and Finances in the Security questions). If you would give these different scores, in the answer box enter a score half way between the lowest and highest scores you would give.
    E.g. If you're great at managing your Health and rate yourself an 8, but poor at managing your finances, rating yourself a 4, enter the midway score of 6. If you'd scored 7 and 2 the midway point is 4.5 -round this down to the next lowest number, 4 in this case, and enter that.

To begin click your mouse in the score box to the right of a question (1). After you have entered your score press 'Tab' to jump to the next question's score box. If you want to go back to the answer box of the previous question to edit it, hold the 'SHIFT' key down and at the same time press the 'Tab' key.

After you have completed the Questionnaire, provide your personal details as well as your referral code you received from your Energy Diamond Representative.
